Sewing Notes

  • Did the fabric you used work well?: The fabric worked really well although it was pretty heavy and I probably should have omitted the interfacing on the lining. The leather elbow patches required a bit of technical skill (walking foot, nylon thread etc) but were pretty easy to add. The Wanderer knit was lovely, so soft and comfortable
  • What was the best part?: I love the fabrics, colours, neckline topstitching, leather elbows... Everything really!
  • What was the most frustrating part?: Nothing! I really enjoyed it!
  • How difficult was the sewing?: required thought
